Caroline's Table is a sensitive and vibrant country restaurant, where each meal becomes a true experience for the five senses. Here, the food is not just tasted, it is felt: the scent of fresh herbs, the sizzle of an arriving dish, the colors on the plate, the textures under your fingers… and even the touch of the wood, the presence of the garden, the wind that makes the leaves dance.

Rooted in our local area, our cuisine follows the rhythm of the seasons and nature. Some of the vegetables come from our permaculture garden, the aromatic herbs are picked on site, and we work hand in hand with producers located less than 30 km away, chosen for the quality of their work and the values we share.

Every ingredient has a story, every dish an intention. Blending generosity and refinement, tradition and creativity, we welcome you to a warm and inviting space where you can slow down, feel, and share. More than just a meal, it's a moment of respite, an emotion, a memory.
